We are sure that most of you have tasted the old, nasty, chalky tasting protein shakes of the 1980's. Well....that is NOT what we are selling at our new Shake This Juice Bar!

Shake This is a franchise corporation that specializes in making great tasting, highly nutritious protein shakes and smoothies.  The protein shakes come in three "types": Burners, Builders and Gainers.

Burners are a lower calorie option of a protein shake with a Fat Stripper Blend added in to them. They range between 285 - 375 calories and have a minimum of 20 grams of protein each. Some flavors Tutti Fruiti, Banana Bonita and Chocolate/Peanut Butter (Through the lips, Off the hips).  Burners are priced at $4.00 each.

Builders are blended with quality protein powder, skim milk and various other quality ingredients. They range between 385 - 500 calories and have a minimum of 35 grams of protein. Your shake can be "jacked up" with a scoop of Creatine or Glutamine for $1.00 extra or additional supplements such as Multi Vitamin Blend, Relaxing Blend, Energy Blend, Love Potion Blend or Fat Stripper Blend for additional $.50 per scoop. Builders come in 13 different varieties that are all yummy. Some options include No Bake Cookie, Caramel Apple, German Chocolate Cake, PB&J and Thin Mint.....they all rock! Builders are all priced at $4.50 each.

Gainers are for the individual who is NOT watching their weight....or possibly wanting to watch it increase. They have a minimum of 550 calories and 55 grams of protein. Some options include chocolate/peanut butter (large & in charge), Chunky Monkey (caramel/banana) and Cookie Monster (chocolatey Oreo extravaganza). Gainers are all priced at $5.50 and can also be jacked up with extra supplements and add-ons such as creatine or multi vitamins.  Also, the Master Builder is available for $6.50 which is a tropical blend of strawberries, bananas, creatine, glutamine and energy blend. The Master Blaster has 735 calories and 61 grams of protein.

Club Fitness 24 membership is not required in order to swing in for a quick shake on the run. These shakes make a great alternative to swinging through the drive in for a quick fastfood meal.....and they are much healthier for you too.
